This apartment is situated in the urbanisation of R9, La Cinuelica in Los Altos which is on the Costa Blanca. Los Altos is next to Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima.

 

It is a second floor ( top ), two bed roomed, apartment in a quiet and secure area of La Cinuelica. The apartment, which has a balcony and private roof solarium, overlooks the shared pool. Access to the apartment is by stairs. There is no lift.

 

The accommodation consists of a balcony, living room, two bedrooms - 1 double bed and the other has 2 single beds, bathroom, kitchen, utility area and a private roof solarium.

 

The south facing balacony is approximately 13sq metres in size and is equipped with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The private roof solarium is approximately 27sq metres in size and has 4 loungers available for relaxing in the sun. Please use your beach towels when making use of the loungers. Linen and towels are provided with the apartment and also air conditioning at an extra cost. 

Living Area

 

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, integrated oven with grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The small utility area at the rear of the kitchen houses the washing machine and hot water boiler. The living room has a dining area with seating for 4 people.

There is one bathroom containing a washhand basin, toilet, bath with shower and bidet.

In the living room there is a stand alone fan, TV, DVD player and stereo. The TV is linked to a satellite system that allows receiving some British channels. From the balcony and roof terrace you can see the outside shared pool.

There is a telephone kiosk near the apartment.

The apartment will be cleaned when you leave only.

Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

There is no smoking allowed in the apartment and no pets allowed.

Weeks are normally Saturday - Saturday but we are flexible to fit in with low cost flights.

La Zenia Beach

Local Information

 

This property is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, beach and supermarkets.

From the apartment you have just a 25 minute walk to the beaches of Punta Prima. The little coves all along this part of the coast are lovely for walking and the new coastal path from Punta Prima down to Cabo Roig is well worth a walk.

Within 10 minutes drive of the apartment is the lovely beach of La Zenia with the quiet Campoamor beach a further 10 minutes drive away.

The apartment is within 1 km of the N332 road at the southern end of Torrievieja.

There are three supermarkets within walking distance; Mercadona, Consum and Eroski, the closest being the Mercadona. On the main road (N332) you will find Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl. These are about a 20 minute walk.

 

Nautilas Bar/Restaurant

There are many areas housing restauants, bars and shops. Via Park 3 is about a 20 minute walk. Eroski Centre about 15 minutes walk, Zenimar Commercial centre about 10 minutes walk. Playa Flamenca about 30 minutes walk.

 

The apartment is situated in Los Altos which is in the Orhuela Costa. It is next to Playa Flamenca.

 

There is a large hypermarket about 20 minutes drive away. The water park in Torrevieja is a favourite attraction for families & younger visitors. There is a Go-Kart track in the area, which is excellent fun & entertainment for all ages.

 

Costa Blanca, the white coast, is famous for its wonderful climate, all year round. Even the Spanish claim that local inhabitants live up to 10 years longer than the rest of Spain. Facilities have improved dramatically in the last few years, particularly with the addition of motorway routes directly into the area & the growth of excellent, all-year round, golf clubs.

 

Torrevieja, which is on the coast, is about 40 minutes south of Alicante airport and about 30 minutes north of Murcia airport, is a bustling town based on an old fishing village. It has all the amenities needed for eating, drinking, shopping & generally having fun in the sun.

Torrevieja has a mixture of restaurants, shops and bars. There is a promenade which is a pleasent walk. There is also a long breakwater that juts out into the sea. This is about 1.5 miles long and allows pedestrians to walk along it. Again this is another pleasent walk.

There is a nightly fun fair, during the summer months only.

The harbour has facilities for boats rides and also allows access to a S61 submarine
